Welcome to Bartowtorium! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including venue rentals, ticket purchases, and participation in events. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. General Terms 

• Event-Specific Terms: Each event may have unique ticket pricing, seating charts, and additional rules or conditions. Be sure to review these details before purchase. 

• Modification of Terms: Bartowtorium reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. 

2. Online Ticket Purchases 

• Pricing: 

• Ticket prices vary by event and seating location. 

• All prices are listed in US Dollars.

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. 

• Seating Charts: 

• Specific seats are assigned based on availability at the time of purchase. 

• Order Confirmation: 

• You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is successfully completed. 

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout. 

• Payment Methods: 

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on the checkout page. 

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Bartowtorium does not store payment information. 

3. Refunds and Cancellations 

• Refund Policy: 

• Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless:  

• The event is canceled. 

• Refund requests for canceled events must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation to be deemed valid.

• How Refunds Are Issued: 

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable. 

4. Venue Rental Terms 

• Booking: 

• Venue rental requires a signed rental agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit. 

• Remaining balances must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed. 

• Cancellations by Renter: 

• Cancellations must be made in writing. 

• If canceled:  

• More than 30 days before the event, 50% of the deposit may be refunded. 

• Less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued. 

• Cancellations by Bartowtorium: 

• If Bartowtorium cancels your rental for reasons beyond your control (e.g., unforeseen facility issues), a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued. 

5. Discounts and Promotional Codes 

• Code Usage: 

• Discount codes are valid only for the event(s) specified. 

• Codes must be entered during checkout to be applied. 

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 

• Misuse of Codes: 

• Bartowtorium reserves the right to cancel orders using unauthorized or fraudulent discount codes. 

6. Event Attendance Policies 

• Admission Requirements: 

• A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets may be presented in printed or digital form. 

• Attendees may be required to present a valid ID matching the ticket holder’s name. 

• Code of Conduct: 

• Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of event-specific rules may result in removal from the venue without a refund. 

• Event Changes: 

• Bartowtorium and event organizers reserve the right to modify event details (e.g., performers, schedule, or seating arrangements) without prior notice. 

8. Liability 

• Bartowtorium is not responsible for:  

• Personal injury, theft, or loss of property during events. 

• Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies). 

• Your use of the venue and participation in events is at your own risk. 

9. Privacy 

Your use of our website is subject to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
